I have been busy fiddling and not really achieving much. I made this ATC for the Atc spinner I got recently, which is currently looking decidedly spartan. And I've mucked about with the Blonde Moments pigment powders I got at Ally Pally on Sunday.
Sunday.

Why did I buy those powders? Why? They look very nice but they are sooo not me. But at the time I decided I needed them I was gripped with some sort of mania. It happened a lot that day.

I can't do much at the moment, my three year old has been home all week, poorly with an infection. His pre-school teacher dropped round unannounced at lunchtime, on some pretext although I suspect it was really to check that I am not beating him (and it was a close run thing yesterday when he tried to open my pigment powders, I don't mind telling you!). She is a bit of a healthy eating freak, always stuffing the kids full of raw carrots and rice cakes and hectoring them about healthy lifestyle choices. Anyway, I opened the door to her and Joe materialised behind me. A packet of Hula Hoops in one hand, a half eaten Eccles Cake in the other, chocolate smeared round his mouth. And TVs blaring in two different rooms. Marvellous.

*Jealous stare*
And those flowers are loooovely! considering your're not a flower person :o) they're gorgeous.
you will come to love your pigment powder thingys, just remember Dyan Thingy going on about them and you will be grasped by a new found enthusiasm.
As for the healthy eating freak - s'not normal!
Hope Joe's feeling better soon, keep feeding him the eccles cakes - those raisins must constitute a fruit portion no?

Love your Atc and flowers Sam!
As for healthy eating... cakes contain milk and eggs. These are healthy.
Hope the lad feels better.
