Today's prompt encouraged us to consider past Christmases, good and bad.
I've generally had pretty good (if uneventful) Christmases, so I suppose I am pretty lucky really. The worst thing I could find to journal about was Christmas 2001, when my oldest son, who was about 18 months, gave everyone the winter vomiting bug on Christmas Day. And I mean gave EVERYONE - me, his dad, grandparents and uncles. It was pretty grim - the gift that kept on giving so to speak.
I separated out the page using little wage envelopes from Staples and then cropped a couple of photos to fit inside and journalled on the back.
.
We are off to see Father Christmas again today. I have promised my four year old faithfully that we will find him this time, even if we have to hunt him down like a dog.

This is lovely, I adore little pockets and peep holes!
Your album is already looking so beautiful
your journal is absolutely stunning!!!
That's it, I'm not coming back to your blog anymore - your pages are just too creative!
Good luck with finding Father C, I don't think Iz wants to see him ever again judging by the crying we had the other day...
I love how you did this day, love the holders. And that is pretty cute about the gift that kept giving. Sounds like our Thanksgivning this year.
