I made a Thank You card as part of the Daring Cardmakers mid week challenge to use up some leftover rubbish. The ribbon was wrapped around a box of chocolates from Christmas, and I applied alcohol inks to some glossy card from some packaging and over stamped it.

Can't throw packaging away at the moment, have teetering piles of the stuff. I'll probably never use it but if I chuck it I'll need it. Hey ho.

wow this is fab - love the shading and the way all the bit's work so well together.

Hard to believe that most people just throw those choccie box wrappings away, isn't it?

love the colours youve used....I ended up chucking a load of stuff away which I and everyone I knew had collected over the last 2 years and to be honest I havent missed anything plus my craft drawers are a lot lighter now!

How lovely! The blending of the colours and the gauzy ribbon is great. Love that flower stamp too.
